We’re excited to announce that our project has received its first external contribution!

@ojaskudari Added the Synchronous FIFO module — a parameterized buffer with configurable width/depth, safe read/write operations, and full/empty detection.

This marks the beginning of community‑driven growth for the project 🚀. A huge thank you to @ojaskudari for their effort and collaboration.

@MeghanaYadala Developed S-box and SubBytes modules as foundational components for AES. These additions are intended to grow into a fully working AES implementation by building upon the core substitution functionality.
