I recently ran a hybrid event series with the platform, and had to use the messages function to send emails containing the link to the location depending on the type of ticket that the person ordered, but faced some challenges with this function (see: #1199).
I would much prefer to do this using the existing ticket confirmation email so that I limit the amount of emails I send to attendees, but it seems like it's a general message for all ticket types.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to have ticket-specific confirmation and order emails (ex: so in-person attendees get venue info, while virtual attendees get the streaming link).
This would also be usefun repeating events which may have different instructions for each occurence.
