Complete SDLC Phases 6-7: Documentation and release notes

Part of #431: Complete SDLC automation and fix classloader-java API compatibility

Problem

SDLC Phases 6 (documentation generation) and 7 (release notes) were never executed.

Tasks

• Generate/update Javadoc for modified modules
• Update module-level documentation reflecting classloader-java v2.0 migration
• Generate release notes covering all changes since last release
• Document the classloader-java v2.0 API migration for downstream consumers

Acceptance Criteria

• Documentation is current and reflects the classloader-java v2.0 dependency
• Release notes summarize all changes, fixes, and breaking API changes
• Javadoc generates without warnings for modified classes
