Fails to parse Windows 98 VMM.SYM

Both the retail and debug SYMs fail with this message:

sym2map will now convert the SYM file to the MAP file.
Symbol file reports an invalid size. The file is possibly of the wrong type.

VFAT and IFSMGR's SYMs seem to work fine, so I think this is specific to VMM?

Okay it looks like READ_DATA(symbolFileSize, uint32_t); is wrong. IDA's loadsym example parses it as a 16-bit size (ppNextMap) followed by 8 bit flags (bFlags) and 8 bit padding/reserved (bReserved1) instead. It then does absolutely nothing with those flags, but WDEB386 actually handles bit 0 being set there as 32-bit symbolAddress.
